Mountain Biking

Club rides and meets in the UK

This programme of events, mostly organised by members for members, provides an opportunity for members to take part in a variety of events in the UK. If you can arrange an event of any kind, please contact the relevant co-ordinator well in advance. Meets require long lead times and should be planned, and booked, well ahead.

AAC(UK) Mountain Bike Leadership Courses

The AAC(UK) now has a number of level 2 MTB leaders around the UK organising rides and meets for members. If you feel you have the skills to complete British Cycling’s Leader Level 2 training (www.britishcycling.org.uk/mtbleadership) a grant may be available.  The aim is to develop a network of qualified MTB Leaders around the country with leaders organising events in their areas. As the group develops, meets and tours overseas will be organised.
